About The Position

The Maintenance Technician 3 repairs and maintains production equipment, troubleshoots equipment failures, and performs routine and emergency mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and electrical maintenance. In addition, he or she helps install new equipment. Wednesday through Saturday, 12:30PM to 11:00PM, schedule does not rotate.

Requirements

At least three years of experience working in an industrial environment.
Troubleshooting ability in the mechanical and electrical control field
Strong troubleshooting ability in the electrical control field to include settings of PLCs, I/O and other logic control devices
Command of control circuitry and mechanical devices
Experience with inverter drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearing, chains and belting, conveying systems, valves, basic blueprint reading, and mechanical troubleshooting.
Able to quickly determine faults , make timely corrections and return equipment to production
Is a team player who can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Is physically able to perform the duties of the job (move heavy equipment/machinery, climb ladders, perform repetitive motions, walk/stand, etc.)
Has as strong communication skills
Is willing to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends, and holidays
