Tier 3- Maintenance Tech
About The Position
The tier 3 maintenance technician will report to the Facility Manager and participate in overseeing & maintaining the Army Residence Portfolio of 195 high rise units & 186 cottages, Health Care Center of residential property space within the ARC Community. The responsibilities include assisting with day to day maintenance & operations of department & staff in order to maintain a quality infrastructure. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with proof of auto insurance
- at least 2 yrs experience in hvac, residential and commercial, and has an EPA certification to handle refrigerant
- At least 2 yrs experience in minor plumbing and electrical
- Ability to manually operate tools
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Frequent kneeling, crouching, bending, and reaching
- Ability to work outdoors
