About The Position

Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital is opening March 2026! Join our team to work in a beautiful new hospital with 60 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology.

Position Summary:

Responsible for preventative maintenance and general service within Maintenance/Security Department. Performs pm on HVAC, system and boiler. Oversees general, routine maintenance and servicing operations throughout the hospital plant and grounds as directed by Director of Plant Operations.

Requirements

• General maintenance/construction and/or HVAC experience preferred
• Experience picking up and closing general work orders and Preventative Maintenance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames

Nice To Haves

• Hospital Experience preferred
