About The Position

We are Fellowship Square Tucson, a not-for-profit senior living community seeking a hardworking, dedicated MAINTENANCE TECH to join our Christian Care Family. We are looking for responsible, professional individuals who want to provide a superior hospitality and customer service experience to our residents who call us home, rather than doing "just a job." This position would be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment, including plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in maintenance work. Prior professional experience with commercial and/or residential property maintenance a plus.
Ability to acquire a fingerprint clearance card from the State of AZ within the first month of employment.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Must be able to work well alone or in a team environment.
Must be available to work varying shifts as needed.
Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant action and to remain calm during emergency situations.
Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, visitors, and the general public.
Must be a team player.
