About The Position

This position is a 40 hour a week, 5 day work week with shift from 7am - 3:30 pm or 7:30 am - 4 pm. The position requires rotating days. Responsibilities Perform minor level maintenance and repair work on a wide variety of Medical Center plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, facilities and equipment; troubleshooting pneumatic tube system; perform routine vehicle maintenance and assume independent responsibility for the overall maintenance of assigned Medical Center facilities during other than normal working hours.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• Valid Georgia driver’s license & adhere to Piedmont's Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program policy 3500 criteria

Nice To Haves

• Some experience in maintaining large facilities, buildings, hospitals, offices, hotels, or plants is preferred.
