Requirements

Authorization to work in the United States
Fluent in Spanish
Valid, unrestricted, and unexpired California driver's license
Possess a complete set of maintenance tools required for basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairs
Experience performing general maintenance and repair work is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Repairs in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.
Apartment Facility Maintenance
Bi-lingual (Spanish)
Own Your Own Tools
Authorized to work in U.S.
CA Active/Unrestricted Driver's License
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting for apartment rental properties
Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely and professional manner using AppFolio
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for
Communicate effectively with property management and residents regarding maintenance needs and progress
Travel between properties as needed to perform maintenance tasks
