Key Responsibilities: Participate in team meetings and leverage senior team members for knowledge and direction Collaborate cross functionally to ensure operational excellence Perform general equipment maintenance including preventative maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and working on and around machinery Troubleshoot and repair electrical supply circuits up to 120 VAC Troubleshoot and repair or replace electrical motors Follow all written work instructions including SOPs, technical manuals, and assembly instructions Identify and use the right tool for the right job Demonstrate continued proficiency in CMMS software and Microsoft Suite Maintain operational readiness of compressed air sources Perform hydraulic system maintenance Perform occasional MIG or TIG welding Perform industrial maintenance and construction tasks such as painting, electrical, office lighting, carpentry, welding, machining, sheet metal work, and plumbing Support Lean 5S initiatives to achieve a workplace that is clean, uncluttered, safe, and well organized to help reduce waste and optimize productivity Must be able to work independently and/or in a team environment Other duties as assigned Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package, including salary, paid time off, health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
