The Facilities Department is responsible for the comprehensive management of CHRIS 180s physical infrastructure, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and the community. Our team manages the care and upkeep of all buildings and grounds, oversees organizational safety protocols to maintain a secure environment, and manages the operation and maintenance of the company fleet. We are dedicated to supporting the organizations mission by minimizing operational downtime and providing prompt, reliable service. Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity and operational efficiency of the organization's facilities. This role involves performing a variety of technical tasks including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs, as well as general carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping. The Technician works to address service requests promptly, prepares residential units for occupancy ("make-readies"), and assists with emergency on-call duties to ensure all properties remain safe and compliant.
