About The Position

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, facility systems, and machinery to ensure continuous and efficient operations. This role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting quality production by performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and equipment adjustments. The technician applies technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to sustain optimal plant performance.

Requirements

High School graduate.
Minimum of two years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

2-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred but comparable experience in Mechanical field is acceptable.
Vocational or technical training in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues and conduct appropriate repairs.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and documentation of repair history.
Respond to equipment breakdowns with a sense of urgency to minimize production downtime.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and manuals to troubleshoot systems.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
Adhere to all safety regulations and participate in safety audits and inspections.
Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
