Fuller is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role ensures equipment reliability through preventive maintenance and rapid issue resolution. The ideal candidate brings technical expertise and a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or similar field
  • Proficiency with three-phase power and high-voltage systems
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license
  • Experience with PLCs and automation systems
  • Familiarity with OSHA and LOTO protocols
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for industrial machinery
  • Inspect motors, transformers, and control panels for safety and performance
  • Diagnose and resolve issues in complex control systems
  • Interpret schematics and technical diagrams for installations and repairs
  • Install conduit systems and wiring layouts
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with NEC and safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records
