We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Palms Apartments, a 312-unit community in Virginia Beach, VA. This role is responsible for the repair and upkeep of buildings and support equipment. Requirements

Apartment Maintenance Experience – Minimum 2 years required
HVAC Expertise – Minimum 2 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, including heat pumps
EPA Certification – Required for handling refrigerants
General Maintenance Skills – Plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and more
Problem-Solving Mindset – A self-starter who takes initiative
Team Player – Works collaboratively with a passionate, skilled crew
Technology Savvy – Able to use MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
Excellent Communication Skills – Proficient in written and verbal English; bilingual is a plus
