About The Position

This position is responsible for the advanced repair and the assigned preventative maintenance of miscellaneous equipment in the Retail area, in order to eliminate down time and meet annual performance goals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrate an advanced level of mechanical aptitude with knowledge and use of various pieces of equipment not limited to hand, power, industrial tools, and precision measuring instruments
  • Clean safety record
  • Skills in Metal Fabrication
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Must have a working knowledge of computer systems: Ability to input and extract data as it relates to the emails and the Computer Maintenance Management: Ability to look up work orders, materials, and historical records relating to plant equipment
  • Ability to research online, use hard cover manuals and catalogs to correctly identify the needed repairs and fabrication components for equipment modifications and repair solutions
  • PHYSICAL: No restrictions lifting up to 50 pounds
  • No restrictions on twisting, bending, squatting, and walking

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair of electronic and mechanical control systems
  • Work experience performing repairs on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to complete a project from beginning to end without supervision
  • Associates degree in an applied science related technology or prior experience in manufacturing maintenance
  • Previous work experience in plumbing
  • Stainless steel sanitary and aluminum welding experience
  • Experience in Fabrication Machine Operations such as: Milling Machines, Press Brake Operation, Computer Numerical Control (CNC) and Metal Fabrication Equipment
  • Previous work experience in welding is a plus
