Conrac Solutions is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for the Salt Lake City Airport consolidated Rental Car Facility. As our Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing a variety of maintenance functions including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to our equipment and systems including car wash stations, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. We need a new maintenance technician with skills for car wash repair or motor (machine) and pump work experience.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
OSHA 10-hour general industry course complete before engaging in work on site.
Proficiency working safely with hand and small power tools.
Basic knowledge of facility equipment and facility maintenance programs and procedures.
Proficient understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Strong knowledge of safety principles and practices.
Ability to identify and recognize unsafe conditions or work practices.
Effective communication skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, and typing are required.
Professional in appearance and character.
Able to work well in a collaborative environment.
Valid Driver’s License and Insurance.

Responsibilities

Perform and record scheduled preventative maintenances on a variety of systems.
Troubleshoot failed equipment and provide recommended repair methods.
Assist in minor repairs on general facility equipment and systems (i.e. electrical, plumbing, doors, gate systems, HVAC, etc.).
Track work performed through a computer maintenance management system (CMMS).
Ensure operational reliability and work to improve efficiency.
Participate in the latest industry standard training procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of all work areas including inventory area and tools.
Manage and maintain an onsite parts stock inventory via an online maintenance management software.
Respond appropriately to urgent, emergency, or after-hour issues as they arise.
