Requirements

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, stand, bend, and use tools as part of daily work.
  • Positive attitude and readiness to support the team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using common mechanical tools (wrenches, drills, saws, etc.).
  • Basic pipefitting, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical assembly knowledge.
  • Experience in warehouse, labor, fabrication, or maintenance environments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and assembling mechanical training equipment according to instructions.
  • Perform general labor and hands‑on mechanical tasks using basic tools and hardware.
  • Support technicians and fabricators by preparing materials, organizing components, and completing assigned tasks.
  • Follow build diagrams, written instructions, and verbal guidance to complete assembly steps safely and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and handle equipment responsibly.
  • Help with basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, staging materials, and equipment prep.
  • Learn new mechanical skills as part of daily tasks and on‑the‑job training.
