Maintenance Technician (Luxury)
About The Position
Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Lenox at Bloomingdale, our 240-unit luxury residential community in Riverview, FL 33578 (U.S. 301 and Bloomingdale Ave) What we offer: Day time schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00-5:00pm, weekend on-call rotation is required Excellent base-pay, quarterly pay increases Fantastic array of Employee benefits programs, Paid Sick Time (PST), paid Holiday's and much more! Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience or Groundskeeper
- Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.
- Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
- Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purpose
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines
- Manage service requests and ensure timely completion
- Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act
- Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment
- Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner
- Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service
- Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development
- Assist in property preventative maintenance plan
- Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds
- Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime
