About The Position

Earn a $1000 bonus! This role qualifies for a $1000 Hiring Bonus if you are hired and start working by March 31, 2026. Depending on the position and meeting eligibility requirements, the bonus is paid after 90 days of employment. Overview As the Maintenance Technician you will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, and maintains Rogue facilities. 1st Shift: 7am - 3pm Pay Range $32/hr - $45/hr Benefits include pay-on-demand via Rain, quarterly bonuses, The Revolution Fund, onsite gym with free group classes, healthcare, 401k, and more.

Requirements

2-4 years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Candidates should be technically proficient, as well as comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Must be familiar with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, AC motors and variable frequency drives
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
Willing to put in extended hours including weekends as needed

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and building systems
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues
Assist with installation, setup, and modification of manufacturing equipment
Conduct inspections to identify potential equipment or facility issues before they become major problems
Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation
Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in compliance with safety policies and regulations
Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency
Support facility upkeep, including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and general building repairs
Respond promptly to emergency repair needs
