Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technicians perform a variety of tasks throughout the day. Basic repairs to plumbing, lighting, HVAC systems, and facility fixtures. Supports the upkeep of clubhouses, recreation centers, and common areas by performing routine cleaning, equipment checks, and minor painting or carpentry. Assists with pool monitoring, adjusting chemicals as instructed, and reporting any issues promptly. Completes work orders in a timely manner and prepares spaces for meetings or events by setting up and breaking down furniture and equipment. Identifies and reports safety concerns or repair needs to the Supervisor and follows established procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout the community. Other duties as assigned.
