About The Position

As a technician, you’ll be part of our team located in Northlake, TX. You’ll get to: Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment Perform service and repair work as designated in profitable and proper manner. Record productive time versus travel time. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments Perform preventive maintenance work Maintain accurately all work records and parts used at each job in accordance with established procedure. Keep manuals and all details up to date as changes are advised. Responsible for facility improvement including safety projects Troubleshoot problems by developing plan of action, estimating labor time, and job materials. Assist in development and administration of preventive maintenance program Plan, install, repair, and maintain productions and building equipment. Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years prior experience in the Electrical, Mechanical field a plus
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical and plumbing
• General knowledge of Distribution Center layout
• Certification to drive forklifts, order picker, and turret powered industrial trucks
• Proven ability to work safely with above average accuracy
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds consistently and up to 70lbs occasionally
• Basic Computer Skills
• Must be able to work any shift including weekends and Holidays as needed
