About The Position

The Maintenance Technician is a key position in our Las Vegas concrete production facility. This position is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining complex industrial machinery and equipment within our manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth operation by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and making necessary repairs to electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, often utilizing technical manuals, blueprints, and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you’ll primarily work with the production and yard team. A highlight of your day-to-day will include: Preventative Maintenance: Regularly inspecting and servicing machinery according to scheduled maintenance plans to detect potential problems before they occur. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and fixing equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Equipment Installation: Installing new machinery and components, ensuring proper alignment and functionality. Calibration and Adjustment: Adjusting and calibrating equipment to optimal operating specifications. Parts Replacement: Identifying and replacing worn or damaged parts on machinery. Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs. Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
