About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring that primary responsibilities are delivered in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures, Joint Commission standards, Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), HCBS guidelines and the contractual requirements of Community Mental Health Agencies and other regulatory bodies. As general labor, you are to be aligned with goals and mission of the organization and to perform in the accordance of our “I care” core values of the organization – Integrity, Compassion, Advocacy, Respect and Excellence. Primary responsibilities: Prepare and make ready for interior and/or exterior painting of residential homes including protecting all nearby furnishing and building materials before and during every painting job. Work with other crew members and partners to prepare and complete the job in time as directed by the supervisor. Open, empty and breakdown boxes. Put home supplies in kitchen, med room and closets. Check appliances to ensure they are in working order. Clean windows and Lexan. Check all doors and windows to ensure they open, close and lock properly – report issues to supervisor. Show responsibility to make the job site as clean as a professional to leave positive experience for the client.

Requirements

• Clean driving record.
• Ability to complete projects on-time and on-budget.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Dedicated to respond to emergencies to complete jobs in tight time.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
