People • Customers • Trust Pay and Benefits Pay Range from $29.00-$35.00 hour based on skills and experience. $0.90 2nd shift differential, $1.00 3rd shift differential. 10 paid holidays per calendar year. Stipend for safety shoes, safety glasses and tools.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • Must have knowledge and experience with repairing and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC systems and industrial equipment.
  • Be passionate about maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
  • Must have own basic tools (PCA will provide specialized tools and an annual tool allowance).
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, replace mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on all plant equipment and facilities.
  • Work as part of a team in a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity, decreasing downtime and waste.
  • Work with a sense of urgency to respond to machine downtime events.
  • Must be able to follow all safety and company policies that include lock-out tag-out procedures.

  • Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
