Requirements

Technical or Vocational education in industrial maintenance or related field
Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality management systems
Proven track record of implementing preventive maintenance programs
Excellence in problem-solving and process improvement

Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive maintenance activities including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for critical manufacturing equipment
Develop and implement standardized processes to optimize equipment performance, safety protocols, and quality standards
Participate in equipment selection, installation, and evolution of production processes
Execute lifecycle management plans for machinery and process equipment
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
