Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (depending on educational background).
  • Education: An Associates Degree in Electronics, Robotics, or General Technology OR completion of a formal apprenticeship program OR 5+ years of direct industrial experience.
  • Technical Versatility: Proven "Multi-Craft" proficiency across Electrical, Mechanical, and Electronic systems.
  • Core Skills: Hands-on expertise with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
  • Scheduling Flexibility: Ability to work in a 24/7 facility, including openness to day shifts or rotating shifts as required to support production.
  • Safety Mindset: A commitment to following all safety protocols and regulations without exception.

Responsibilities

  • Systems Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex issues across AC drives, motors, encoders, and resolvers.
  • Automation & Networking: Maintain and troubleshoot PLC systems and industrial communications, including EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet.
  • Mechanical Maintenance: Service and rebuild conveyors, gearboxes, rotating equipment, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
  • Calibration: Manage loops and devices for flow, level, pressure, and temperature to ensure precision processing.
  • Precision Documentation: Utilize CMMS to track maintenance activities and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and machine error codes for rapid resolution.
  • Safety & Collaboration: Operate hoists, welding equipment, and power tools while strictly adhering to all safety regulations to maintain a zero-harm environment.
