About The Position

Apartment Maintenance Technician Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our Prairie Commons team. Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of maintenance experience required
Relatable hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, facilities, HVAC, or mechanical work
HVAC or EPA certification
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Ability to lift, carry, climb stairs, and work both indoors and outdoors
Strong work ethic, reliability, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to commute within 20–30 minutes of the property
