Maintenance Technician - Weekend Shift
About The Position
Citadel Assisted Living Facility Come join our team and start making a difference! The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor, to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times. Ensure that maintenance schedules are followed as outlined for respective shift or area. Report all accidents/incidents to your supervisor no matter how minor they may be. Coordinate daily maintenance services with wellness services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas. Previous maintenance experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual.
Requirements
- You must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or be able to obtain one within thirty (30) days
