About The Position

Responsible for all routine inspections, repairs, replacements and adjustments to the equipment and building to assure optimal safety and compliance with Royal Oaks standards. Must be able to do routine grounds work when requested.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have technical shop courses or maintenance experience, and basic landscaping experience.
• Familiar with use of standard hand tools
• Can perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs
• Easily functions as a carpenters assistant with sheetrock repair and painting.
