About The Position
The Maintenance Worker, under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor, undertakers, upkeeps, and repairs the interior and exterior of a 15-acre facility. The Maintenance Worker is responsible for keeping our facilities and equipment in great condition by performing various maintenance and repair jobs.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-to-2 years of experience of any repair field.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC systems.
- Basic understanding of measurements, addition, and subtraction.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots, makes necessary repairs, and completed preventative maintenance and housekeeping practices for all related facilities equipment.
- Able to troubleshoot and solve technical issues by following technical manuals and schematics.
- Ensure equipment is repaired in a timely manner.
- Performs maintenance and minor repairs to electrical, plumbing and /or HVAC systems.
- Compiles records of completed maintenance and repair work.
- Perform other duties as required.
