About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Major Accounts Coordinator is to provide service support to our major customer accounts, arranging service providers from CPS branches or subcontractors to perform the work, and monitor their progress and verify completion of job. This position will be working primarily indoors in a climate-controlled, smoke-free environment, but also requires the employee to be moving through other areas on a regular basis. From this movement, the employee will encounter varying temperatures from these areas. Normal auto and air travel hazards will apply. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be higher in other areas. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time. The employee must have a full range of body movements including use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, computer equipment and peripherals; and bending, reaching, and crouching. Must have command of sight, hearing, touch and smell. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. These vision requirements in each area must be sufficient to shift in focus from computer screens to closed forms. are in search of an example position to join our general team. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; College preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Billing Clerk/Major Accounts Administrator in an equivalent industry or related operation.
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Answers customer calls 24/7 from the major customer hotline
  • Arranges dispatch for trouble calls and Planned Maintenance (PM)
  • Audits invoices/service reports and generates customer invoices
  • Prepares quotes for customers when necessary
  • Maintain subcontractor spreadsheet
  • Update customer on-line systems as required
  • Open all major customer PM jobs
  • Dispatch jobs to CPS branches or subcontractors
  • Order all parts needed
  • Audit and invoice completed jobs
  • Breakdown, copy, and mail invoice to customer or upload documents into customer’s online-systems
  • Track all above information on a spreadsheet per major customer
  • Billing
  • Backup to local branch coordinator on various duties
  • Special projects and duties as assigned
