As a Major Account Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing sales team focused on expanding Konica Minolta’s footprint within key strategic accounts. Your leadership will directly influence revenue growth, market-share expansion, profit margins, and overall success for your assigned region. Requirements

  • 4–6 years of successful experience in print, technology, or related solution-based sales environments.
  • Proven success leading and managing sales teams, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage profitability and drive bottom-line results.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills — both internally and externally.
  • Skilled in navigating complex customer needs and building consensus to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • A growth mindset with commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Area VP to achieve revenue, market share, margin, and profitability targets for the sales group.
  • Deliver accurate, timely sales forecasts and performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Lead the development of innovative sales strategies, value-based selling tactics, and market expansion plans.
  • Oversee compliance with company policies, sales processes, and best practices throughout the sales cycle.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals to exceed expectations.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team culture.
  • Build and nurture strong executive-level relationships within major accounts.
  • Meet with key clients to support retention, growth, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Ensure world‑class customer experiences that reinforce Konica Minolta’s value and drive long-term loyalty.
  • Maintain open, consistent communication with the Market VP and Regional President regarding sales performance and progress to plan.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and service teams to deliver cohesive solutions to customers.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current on products, industry trends, and the sales ecosystem.
