About The Position

We are seeking an Major Appliance Technician to install, service, and maintain residential and commercial appliances across the property, with occasional support for HVAC maintenance as needed. This role is responsible for completing electronic work orders, performing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, and maintaining equipment including major appliances and commercial refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate has working knowledge of appliance and basic HVAC systems, can work independently and as part of a team, and owns common tools required for the job. A high school diploma is required, vocational training is a plus, and EPA certification is required. Requirements
