Managed Services Account Executive Job Summary: The Managed Services Account Executive (MS-AE) drives growth, profitability, and client success for Pellera’s Managed Services portfolio across an assigned region. This role focuses on identifying strategic outsourcing and managed services opportunities, shaping outcome-based solutions, and maintaining strong executive-level client relationships. The MS-AE collaborates with presales architects, delivery leadership, and account teams to win large, complex engagements. Essential Functions: Identify, qualify, and develop strategic Managed Services opportunities across assigned territory. Serve as a thought leader in modern Managed Services, outsourcing models, and operational excellence. Represent Pellera’s capabilities and value propositions to client executives and boards. Collaborate with Account Executives on territory strategy and client engagement. Lead Managed Services pursuits through qualification, solution development, pricing, and closure. Develop outcome-based service programs in partnership with pre-sales architects and operational leadership. Maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, renewal, and expansion. Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and account planning updates. Collaborate with Delivery leadership to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client success. Support internal GTM initiatives, training, and service refinement.
