Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a business or technical field.
  • Ten (10) years or more of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
  • Significant experience supporting U.S. Navy programs or operations.
  • Experience with planning, submission, monitoring and reporting of annual budgets and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct senior-level engineering, operations research, and financial analyses to support Navy program decisions.
  • Manage planning, submission, and execution tracking of annual program budgets.
  • Perform cost and resource analyses to guide program prioritization and funding decisions.
  • Advise leadership on performance metrics, efficiencies, and process improvements.
  • Prepare concise reports and briefings on budget and program execution status.
