About The Position

CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst V (Business Analyst) to support EOIR/AD in Falls Church, VA. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Support the EOIR Administration organization by identifying business challenges, analyzing operational processes, and delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency, transparency, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of four years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Visio, Excel Functions, SharePoint, and Power BI

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

Responsibilities

• Identifying business challenges
• Analyzing operational processes
• Delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency, transparency, and performance
• Cross-functional process mapping (As-Is & To-Be)
• Eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements
• Developing performance metrics
• Report design
• Business case development
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
• Analysis of alternatives
• Process auditing and control assessment
• Root cause analysis
