About The Position

Sigmoid Analytics is looking for a Management Consultant Analyst (MCA) to join our team in LATAM. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow in business consulting focusing on Data Analytics Strategy. You will support senior consultants in delivering strategic business insights and help companies make informed decisions that drive growth and operational excellence across the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, translating business challenges into data-driven strategies that drive growth and performance improvement. The MCA role, in conjunction with Senior Consultants, serves as the primary contact point with stakeholders and other key requirements sources during the business requirements definition process and throughout the development process. The MCA will also work with Data Analytics and Product teams responsible for translating the business requirements into specific data, functional, and architecture specifications for implementation. Additionally, the MCA will partner closely in defining and driving User Acceptance Testing procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business strategy.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) and an understanding of how to apply insights to real-world business challenges.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills in both Spanish and English.
• Interest in working with clients across LATAM.
• 2+ years of experience in a business-related role is a plus.
• Passion for technology, process innovation, tools, change management and work with and for people
• Willingness to make the difference from strategic transformation plans to implementation and measurement, and most important: Make things happen!
• Strong critical thinking and digital capabilities

Nice To Haves

• Basic understanding of business strategy, consulting, and decision-making processes.
• 1+ years of experience in a management consulting firm.
• Communication skills (written and spoken) in Portuguese.
• Experience working with a CPG or FMCG leading company.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in executing business consulting projects that provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Support the creation of reports and presentations that guide key business decisions for clients.
• Collaborate with teams to address business challenges and develop tailored strategies for growth and efficiency.
• Help translate data and insights into practical business solutions that align with client objectives.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in Spanish and English.
