Job Summary: Our Management Development Program (MDP) is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing a holistic understanding of our business operations. Over the course of 18 months, associates will rotate through different departments every 6 months, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in key areas of our organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to learning.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different environments and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Department Rotations: Engage in structured rotations across various departments including R&D, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales.
  • Project Management: Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct market research, data analysis, and strategic planning to support departmental goals.
  • Leadership Development: Participate in leadership training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
  • Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess and report on personal and departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement.
