Role Overview
As a Management Trainee, you’ll gain exposure to event marketing, brand promotions, campaign coordination, and team leadership. Working closely with experienced managers, you’ll learn to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and prepare for leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support live marketing campaigns and brand activations to increase engagement and visibility
• Represent client brands at events with clear, consistent messaging
• Assist with event logistics, including setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Collect and analyze campaign performance data and attendee feedback
• Maintain brand consistency across promotional materials and events
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to test strategies and share insights
• Provide administrative support, reporting, and cross-team communication
