Join the QuickBooks Fintech Group as a Software Engineering Manager, developing the Invoicing & Sales backend platform for Intuit! In this role, you'll be leading an innovative team that creates the next generation of Intuit's Invoicing & Sales platform, helping small and medium businesses to get paid faster. The group is working on new technologies, driving new initiatives used by millions of people. Requirements
- 5 plus years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading positive change and empowering people.
- Cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions leveraging AI and machine learning.
- Adept at articulating the product vision and driving the future roadmap.
- Strong business acumen.
- Minimum of 8-12 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Expertise in the software design/architecture process.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and SaaS technologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably experience working with global teams.
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent work-related experience.
