About the position

Join the QuickBooks Fintech Group as a Software Engineering Manager, developing the Invoicing & Sales backend platform for Intuit! In this role, you'll be leading an innovative team that creates the next generation of Intuit's Invoicing & Sales platform, helping small and medium businesses to get paid faster. The group is working on new technologies, driving new initiatives used by millions of people. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, UI/UX), lead the strategy, as well as drive the execution and bring it to life. Requirements

  • 5 plus years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated experience leading positive change and empowering people.
  • Cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions leveraging AI and machine learning.
  • Adept at articulating the product vision and driving the future roadmap.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Expertise in the software design/architecture process.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and SaaS technologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferably experience working with global teams.
  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent work-related experience.
