We’re hiring an Account Lead to own the full relationship and commercial performance of one to two of Synquery’s most important client accounts. This is a player-coach role: you’ll set the strategic direction for your accounts, drive revenue growth through expansion and upselling, and manage a small team of Strategic Project Leads (SPLs) who handle day-to-day project execution. This is the right role for someone who can operate at the intersection of commercial strategy, client advisory, and team leadership. You’ll be the person your clients call when the stakes are high and the person your SPLs look to for direction, prioritization, and development.
