The Role We are currently seeking an ADM Onboarding Manager to join our Alternatives Data Management (ADM) team! Our team is at the heart of the client experience, dedicated to transforming complex alternative investment data into actionable insights. You will lead a high-performing onboarding team, ensuring that our clients’ transition into our ecosystem is seamless, efficient, and high-touch. You’ll develop a deep mastery of the alternative investment landscape, using that knowledge to refine our onboarding frameworks and exceed service level agreements (SLAs). Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $128,000 - $160,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
