Qualified candidates will have: 3-5 years of Working experience 1-2 years of Budget Analysis/tracking experience A bachelor's degree (preferred) Skills Strong verbal and written communications skills (emails, Monthly Status Reports, etc.). Detailed oriented Critical Thinking Financial Management Strategic reasoning/management Mid to Senior level Excel Skill for tracking Duties: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of contract needs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Provide administrative support and coordination services to the organization. Manage and monitor timesheet inputs for the contract team. Support effective, quality communication and documentation (secretarial/reception, planning for travel, information, and data processing, managing mail, printing and reproduction, record management, communication management). Work closely with the Program Manager to develop and manage contract budgets. Coordinate workspaces and supplies (Procurement/disposal of physical property, security, parking, physical workspace). Establish effective communication channels with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, providing regular updates. Serve as the organization's point-of-contact for various administrative programs, resolving issues that impact the implementation and maintenance of programs across the assigned program areas. Serve as the onboarding/offboarding POC (facilitating full onboarding process, including coordinating with Government and corporate security POCs) for personnel billable on the contract. Support PM in gathering and organizing information for contractual and corporate reporting requirements (like the Monthly Status Report). Other administrative duties as required by the contract or corporate.
