About The Position
The Valley Health System has expanded into an integrated health network that serves more than two million people in Southern Nevada. Starting with Valley Hospital Medical Center in 1979, the Valley Health System has grown to include Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center, Desert View Hospital, Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center, Summerlin Hospital Medical Center, Henderson Hospital, Valley Health Specialty Hospital and West Henderson Hospital. Job Description: Provide strategic and operational leadership for all patient access functions in alignment with NAHAM standards, KPI metrics, and ethical guidelines. Ensure compassionate, equitable access to care; regulatory compliance; revenue integrity; and an exceptional patient experience across a 24/7 acute care environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HealthCare/Business Management or equivalent field required.
- Three (3) years experience in a healthcare leadership position required.
- Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and patient accounting system.
- CHAM certification is required within 12 months of hire date if not yet certified.
- Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age appropriate service to the age of the patient.
