This Manager/Analyst, Advanced Data Analytics and Insights role will be responsible for delivering impactful and insightful analysis to measure and evaluate the performance of the business. This role is highly analytical and requires an individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced and highly complex organization, analyzing and tying together disparate data sources into a cohesive story. The role is responsible for daily strategic customer insights, informing business strategy to optimize our customers’ experiences. The ability to partner and collaborate with product owners, senior leaders, finance, and other working teams is a necessity. We’re seeking an analytics professional who brings creativity, curiosity, and collaboration to the table, someone eager to lead data-driven initiatives grounded in strong hypotheses and business relevance. This role requires more than reporting outcomes; we’re looking for a thinker who relentlessly pursues the why behind the data to uncover root causes and drive meaningful impact. As part of CKSI (Customer Knowledge & Strategic Insights), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across both product domains and core business operations. This role offers broad exposure to a range of business leaders and initiatives, giving you the opportunity to connect insights across different parts of the organization to drive meaningful impact. This is an individual contributor role.
