About The Position

DESRI is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join its team as a manager within the Asset Management group. The role provides the opportunity to lead the management of renewable energy assets while overseeing and developing a team of analysts and associates in an inclusive and engaging work environment. As a member of the Asset Management team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the performance of your assets and the firm’s portfolio. You will work with a growing team of asset managers in a dynamic and agile organization, contributing to the success of renewable energy projects and the transition to a sustainable future. This role offers the opportunity to work in an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging working environment while mentoring and developing junior team members.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • Intellectually curious candidates with a passion for optimization and 4-6 years of experience in asset management, operations, or project management within the renewable energy industry (PV or BESS), including experience managing or mentoring junior professionals, will thrive in this role.
  • Deep knowledge of renewable energy technologies, industry regulations, and best practices is essential.
  • Familiarity with financial analysis, budgeting, and contract management; impressive analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; and a keen attention to detail are required.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and experience in a role involving multitasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
