This team drives effective assortment execution by coordinating resources, managing timelines, and continuously evaluating modular performance to maximize space utilization and item productivity. They provide strategic guidance, oversee execution standards, and foster operational excellence through ongoing process improvements. Collaboration across functions is key to delivering clear, accurate, and customer-focused assortments that support business priorities and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in resource allocation and workload planning to optimize team efficiency and meet project milestones.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional communication effectively.
  • Experience in process improvement, leveraging feedback and key performance indicators to enhance operational excellence.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering growth and supporting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Proficient in data analysis to inform decision-making and drive modular execution standards.
  • Commitment to integrity, ethics, and upholding company values in all aspects of work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 2 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution.
  • 4 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, with demonstrated coordination ownership.
