About The Position

About the team: The Transformation & Enablement (T&E) team drives the modernization and enhancement of Internal Audit by integrating methodology, technology, governance, and auditor expertise. This team ensures audit planning and execution are data-driven and aligned with evolving business complexities. Focused on delivering effective assurance, the team supports continuous improvement and operational excellence across the enterprise. By fostering collaboration and leveraging advanced tools, T&E empowers Internal Audit to maintain high standards of accountability, ethical conduct, and regulatory compliance, enabling the organization to meet its strategic objectives efficiently and with integrity.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in audit planning and execution, including developing and managing comprehensive audit programs.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting regulations, auditing standards, and control deficiency management.
  • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements through advanced data analysis.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and accountability in all audit activities.
  • Experience leading and mentoring audit teams, fostering professional development and collaboration.
  • Effective communication skills to present audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and continuous learning mindset to drive audit excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 2 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee audit activities by developing relationships with key stakeholders and supporting business initiatives.
  • Assign and direct audit staff in validating control design, testing controls, and identifying process deficiencies.
  • Develop and manage audit plans, work steps, and budgets while documenting processes using narratives and flowcharts.
  • Communicate audit findings, control weaknesses, and recommendations through executive reports tailored to stakeholders.
  • Drive audit process efficiencies by identifying automation opportunities and standardizing methodologies.
  • Perform high-risk audits involving irregularities and collaborate with legal, ethics, and compliance teams on investigations.
  • Mentor and develop associates through coaching, feedback, and recognition to build a high-performing team.
