Manages the Intervention Center Department to support the operation of 24-hour Intervention Center for Assault and Abuse services. Responsible for resource management, employee and customer relations, and operational standards. Performs evaluations and follows through with disciplinary action as needed. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Health Care, Nursing or related field Or equivalent educ/experience
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Or Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- License in state of hire, and wherever care is delivered.
- Staff and/or volunteer supervision.
- Change facilitation and process/system knowledge.
- Computer spreadsheet and word processing programs.
- Leadership skills to include conflict resolution, meeting facilitation, positive interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree Or equivalent educ/experience
- Grant administration to include writing and submission of grant proposals.
