This position will not provide any Visa sponsorship opportunities Position Summary The Manager, Business Analysis leads data and business intelligence initiatives by bridging business needs with technical solutions. This role is responsible for designing and implementing data-driven tools, creating actionable insights through visualization and reporting, and leading requirements gathering efforts across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience implementing Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Proven proficiency in Access/VBA, SQL Quickbase or Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Design and build business solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain databases using Access/VBA, SQL, and Quickbase.
• Model data architecture to support current operations and future growth.
• Create dashboards and data visualizations that communicate complex information clearly
• Provide training and documentation to end users on new tools and dashboards
• Build reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Lead business analysis and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Design user interfaces with strong attention to UI/UX principles.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
