The Manager – Business Development & Partnerships is responsible for identifying, developing, and scaling strategic partnership opportunities that drive revenue growth and expand Goosehead’s national footprint. This role blends partnership strategy, consultative selling, relationship management, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will work closely with leadership, carrier partners, franchise stakeholders, and internal sales/service teams to unlock new growth channels and strengthen Goosehead’s competitive advantage. Responsibilities

  • Partnership Strategy & Acquisition Identify and secure high‑value partnership opportunities across real estate, mortgage, financial services, and related verticals.
  • Lead end‑to-end partnership workflows including prospecting, outreach, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform partnership prioritization and strategy.
  • Build scalable acquisition pipelines using data-driven targeting, strategic outreach campaigns, and relationship-based selling.
  • Relationship Management Serve as the primary relationship owner for key partners, ensuring consistent engagement and measurable value creation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with executives, referral networks, and operational teams within partner organizations.
  • Host partner trainings, business reviews, and performance presentations.
  • Business Development Execution Drive revenue growth by increasing partner referrals, expanding partner utilization of Goosehead’s product suite, and optimizing collaboration.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Product, and Marketing to deliver partnership initiatives and ensure partner success.
  • Track KPIs and maintain clear reporting on partnership performance, pipeline health, and strategic outcomes.
