About The Position

Position Summary... What you'll do... Drives business execution by developing and maintaining internal and external relationships, understanding regulatory requirements, risks, and business impacts, and supporting engagement with stakeholders to mitigate issues, ensure compliance, and advance project objectives.Drives licensing and permitting strategy for expansion projects by researching and interpreting trade license, registration, certification, and permit requirements across multiple states and jurisdictions, organizing complex information, and ensuring timely visibility to business partners and leadership.Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by building relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives, identifying and communicating goals and priorities, driving accountability across contractors, business partners, and regulatory processes, and addressing risks and improvement opportunities.Supports project execution by tracking permits, approvals, requirements, and dependencies, presenting clear updates and recommendations, and leveraging AI and digital tools to consolidate information, improve reporting, and enable decision-making in a fast-changing environment.Provides leadership through influence by aligning cross-functional stakeholders, external contractors, field partners, and jurisdictional contacts, supporting execution across parties without direct supervisory responsibility, and promoting collaboration, responsiveness, and shared accountability.Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, communicating expectations, and providing guidance in business processes and practices. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 2 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.
