This position serves as the business lead supporting the analysis, design, development, and deployment of business systems and reporting tools to meet Ameritas Retirement Plans division goals and objectives. Provide recommendations for automation and process improvements with a broad knowledge of business systems, reporting, and analytical tools used across the enterprise to recommend optimum solutions for the use cases presented. This is a technical individual contributor role. This position will straddle the line between our Retirement Plan division and our I.T. teams to define strategy, communicate vision, needs, and priorities. This role will involve critical thinking and an ability to understand and manage competing visions and competing priorities. This position is remote (within the U.S.A.) and does not require regular in-office presence.
